Do you have examples of past case results?
Yes. However the privacy of our clients is our highest priority. Therefor we only hand out selected and client approved case results. Feel free to ask us and we are happy to provide you with what you are looking for.
Do you offer consulting work for international companies?
Absolutely. More than half of our clients are international companies from Europe and the U.S. In a globalised world countries borders become more and more irrelevant. Talent and compassion is what matters in our opinion.
What is the average project duration and what if I need to end a project earlier than agreed?
We usually do projects between 3 and 12 months. If anything changes on your side during the ongoing project, just get in touch with us and we will find a solution. We are always aiming to provide our clients flexibility, whenever possible.

Do you offer consulting services on an hourly basis?
No. Our consultants are always booked per full working day.
What is the difference between a strategy consulting project and an interim management project?
In strategy projects we usually support your teams with advice on a certain challenge or issue within your organization. Most time this couldn't be solved or achieved with own resources. In interim management projects we cover an open position in your organization, until you hired the ideal candidate. This gives you time and reduces recruiting pressure. The projects are usually less strategic and more operational.
